Austin’s Easy Vermigardening Bed

My new vermi-friend, Austin Smith, sent me this video showing a nice simple approach to setting up a “worm tower” using a small bucket. I would probably go with a 5 gal pail, personally – but either way, it will be a lot more manageable for the average person than my “Vermi-Fertilization System” (which gets pretty heavy once full), yet much better for vermicomposting than a typical worm tower.

I really like Austin’s PVC insect netting cover as well!

hey Bentley, I like the suggestion of using 5 gallon pails. I’m will making up some additional beds this summer and will try it.
    Thank you. Austin
