ErickNL - I've certainly surprised myself! We'll see how things progress over the next couple of weeks though!
---------------------------------
EVE - Thanks for sharing your similar experience - very cool!
---------------------------------
HEATHER - Thanks for the "cheering". Hopefully this doesn't completely explode in my face at some point! LoL
---------------------------------
KIM - I am indeed insane. Not sure I would use the descriptive "courage[ous]" - haha
"Glutton for punishment" is probably more like it. My worms are real troopers - hopefully I'm not leading them down a dangerous path (I feel pretty confident given how breathable this system is. I DO hope, if nothing else, this shows people how awesome Red Worms are!

Bentley, you're insane!!!! I love the courage you have to just throw all those scraps in there and wait to see what happens. Incredible!! Those worms of yours rose to the challenge, too! It's good to know, and I for one thank you for showing us just how amazing worms are for taking care of us on this planet. They will save us!

Bentley, this is just amazing...I almost have to watch peeking through my fingers (like it is a horror film), because it is so crazy to be able to add that much stuff! We are all cheering on you and the critters in this system--go team!

I too was amazed when starting up my flow through bin. As you are finding out Flow Through bins will take an amazing amount of food scraps and process them in less time than the regular Tupperware type bin.

I have this fridge that will go on the fritz a couple times a year and freeze everything. It froze everything soon after i moved the worms into the flow through. I tossed everything in whole, thinking that it would last longer that way and not overload the system. Whole heads of lettuce, cauliflower, celery and so on.

I documented the list on my blog if you are interested. This blog is just 6 days after adding everything.
