Elizabeth - if you have liquid pooling down in the bottom it is definitely too wet, so try and pull back as much material as you can to see how things look down near the bottom. As for Sauerkraut, that&#039;s not an ideal material solely based on the very high salt content. If you soak and drain with fresh water a few times it should be ok though.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I wet my cardboard and paper (newspaper) before putting it in the bin. Could my environment be too wet? Some of the worm are chilling on the handle ledge inside the bin away from the material. But otherwise it does look like some are working hard creating castings. I added some sourkrout is that something you think they will eat? They have not touched it yet.]]></description>
