					<description><![CDATA[Hi Sylvia - really it&#039;s just an approach whereby you add LOTS of food and bedding all at once, and then leave the system alone for longer before feeding again. But as I touched on, this can be a risky approach for those who are fairly inexperienced with vermicomposting. You can&#039;t just add a large amount of any old thing, to any type of system. Definitely a variety of factors to consider.
I will make a note for myself to write a blog post about this topic!
