Olga - Thank you, I&#039;m glad I inspired you.  You can do it too!  It&#039;s not as much work as I thought actually.

Jean - Spaghetti squash should be picked when yellow.  Mine were pretty white, I had very wet and humid weather that caused a very heavy white mildew on the leaves of my plants.  So I did harvest them early.  Type &#039;spaghetti squash ripe&#039; into google and you&#039;ll get lots of results.]]></description>
