Bentley is exactly right about Will’s Worms. We raise a lot of European Nightcrawlers. In fact, Euros are my favorite worms because I love to fish! We can’t raise Canadian Nightcrawlers effectively since it’s quite warm where we are in LA. We do have a small tub of Canadians in our mini fridge just for fun, but their breeding is so slow it basically just keeps the population level.

If you are referring to Will’s Worms, I’m pretty sure they do raise European Nightcrawlers (bigger cousin of Red Worms) as well. If you mean the really big “Canadian Nightcrawlers (Lumbricu terrestris), unfortunately those are deep burrowing soil worms so are not well suited for worm farming.

I love this! I came across Will’s worms on Craiglist, as I live about 100 miles away in Santa Barbara. When I saw the kids youtube page I was thinking it was sort of a marketing gimmick, its SO nice to see this children using their resources in such a positive way.
